Clyde R. Chewning, of Conrad,passed away on March 12, 2017.
The funeral service will be held at Conrad Baptist Church on Friday, March 17th at 1pm. Burial will follow the funeral at the Hillside Cemetery in Conrad.
Clyde was born in Fredericksburg, VA on April 30, 1932. He owned and operated C.R. Chewning Trucking for many years. During retirement, he enjoyed woodworking and sharing his many creations with family and friends. .
Clyde is survived by his children, Ruth (Ed) Erickson, Carl (Lola) Chewning, Kevin (Ida) Ord, Kim (Don) Hays, Karen (Thom) Sutton, Jennifer (Kevin) Witt, and Kelly (Tim) Witt, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
