Curtis L. Shanks

Curtis Leroy Shanks, 57, of Cut Bank, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Glacier Care Center.

Curtis was born June 4, 1961 in Cut Bank to Roy and Gloria (Luchi) Shanks. The family moved to California and he was raised Fremont, CA. While in California he loved to ride his Harley but sold before moving to Montana. Curtis married Wanda Humrich on July 11, 1979 in Cut Bank.  Curtis moved his family back to Cut Bank in 1991.  Where he had a love for animals and the farm.  Curtis enjoyed the warm weather and fishing in the bay.  He had a great love for his grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Shanks.

Survivors include wife, Wanda Shanks; mother, Gloria Alexander; daughters, Michele (Brian) Russell of Shelby, Marie (Travis) Marsland of Minot, ND, and Stephanie (Drew) Salois of Cut Bank; grandchildren, Trinity, Cody, Josh, and Leah, Kathreen and Elezebeth; sister, Deborah Shanks; and nephew, Mark Perreira.
