Dale A. Shephard

Dale Shephard of Valier passed away on January 12, 2019.

Dale was born in Conrad on April 26, 1947 to Gordon and Frances Shephard.  He attended school in Valier, joining the Army after graduation.  Upon his completion of service, he returned home to Valier, a place that was dear to his heart.  He married Debi Welton and in 1978 they completed their family with the birth of their daughter Christina.

He worked at Briden Chevrolet for many years as a mechanic and finished out his working days at Swank Enterprise until his retirement in 2012.  After retirement he enjoyed mowing around town for many of his friends and socializing.

What he enjoyed the most was spending time with his granddaughters and attending many of their activities.

Dale was preceded in death by his wife Debi, his parents, and brother Robert.  He is survived by his daughter Christina, Son- in-Law Jeremy, granddaughters Payton and Sadie (the apples of his eye), brother Tom, and sisters Barb and Kathy.

At his request no services will be held.
