Edeline A. Otness

Edeline A. Otness, 91, of Brady, passed away of natural causes on January 13, 2018. She was born May 9, 1926. Edeline attended Brady School and later attended Kinman Business University in Spokane, Washington.
In 1947, she married Birdeen ‘Bud’ Otness and raised two children, Lee and Vicki, on the family farm north of Brady. She spent many hours knitting and crocheting beautiful afghans and pillows. Edeline was involved in the Conrad Lutheran Women’s Circle.
Bud and Edeline enjoyed bowling for many years in Conrad leagues. In the mid 1980’s they purchased a home on Swan Lake and spent most of their summers there. After Bud passed, she enjoyed the company of the new friends she made at Blue Sky Villa in Conrad.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bud, and is survived by son Lee (Diane) Otness, daughter Vicki Otness, and two grandchildren, Kirsten Petersen and Megan Petersen.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the PMC extended care facility for their kind and compassionate care. As per her wishes there will be no services.
