Francene Cecilia (Hicks) Jacobsen

Francene Cecilia Jacobsen passed on August 14, 2022.

Francene was born on August 04, 1960, to Roland and Jane Hicks, in Oakland, CA. She spent some of her working life as a screen printer, also she was a wonderful cartoon artist, and she was an avid Facebook fan and making friends online. She was previously married and divorced when she married her husband, Kevin Jacobsen, on August 18, 2008.

Francene was a fun loving, kindhearted soul who would do anything for anyone if she could. If you were her friend, you were her friend forever. She liked to tell stories on her siblings and friends her laughter could be contagious. You never knew what was going to come out of her mouth! She might start a sing-along during her gaming sessions. She could be a clown, when she wanted to, like putting on a Halloween mask on her face and scare the animals and make funny faces using her cell phone. On her cell phone she would make wonderful pics to post on her Facebook Storyline.

She loved her family and friends passionately. She was an extreme animal lover no matter what the animal looked like, she always saw the best in animals and people. Her life was dedicated to helping animal shelters whenever possible. She loved her pets passionately. She was a homemaker and a proud member of the Toole County Community.

Her celebration of life will be announced in the future.

Her family lives mostly in California and she is survived by her husband, Kevin Jacobsen; son, Daniel Allan; her sister, Stephanie Bates; her brother, Steven Hicks; and several nieces and nephews.
