Helen Sinclair Rawlings, 68 of Cut bank, passed away April 5th at the Blackfeet Care Center in Browning due to natural causes. A Memorial Mass is scheduled for 1:00 pm, May 21, 2011, at the Little Flower Catholic Church. Whitted Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her daughters, Evelyn Rawlings of Cut Bank and Darcie Rawlings of Mooresville, IN; siblings, Annadean Heisel and Galen Sinclair both of Browning; 4 grandchildren, Cody Rawlings and Montana Rhotan of Mooresville, IN, Cody Rawlings and Patricia Reutzel of Cut Bank.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wendell Rawlings Sr.; son, Wendell Rawlings, Jr; and sisters, LaVerne Crieger, Betty Worth, Bonnie Wippert and Rayette Mann.
and visiting with family and friends. Helen was born in Browning November 24, 1942 to William & Clara (Salois) Sinclair. She grew up there and on the Birch Creek Ranch. She graduated from Browning High School and attended beauty school in St. Paul, MN. She was co-owner of the Hair Affair and later went on her own and operated the Top End Beauty Shop before retiring in 1994.
She was a member of the Catholic Church, and enjoyed golfing, arguing politics, tour de France,
