Irvin K. Hauge

Irvin K. Hauge, 93, passed away January 10, 2018 in North Dakota.
Irvin was born December 26, 1924 in Liberty County. He was one of three children born to Arne and Maria (Morkrid) Hauge. Irvin attended school in Chester. He served as a First Class Private and drove truck in the US Army for 2 years. Irvin worked in California as a bus driver before returning to Montana and working on a local farm into the 1950’s. He was proud to own a new Ford in 1955. Irvin spent winters going to California with his mother. He continued to make many trips to California and was well known with the veteran’s groups.
Irvin had a special interest in the Bible and enjoyed playing the guitar and listening to the radio.
Survivors include children of his late niece, Jeannie Huppert, residing in San Diego.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 18, at 10:00 AM at Rockman Funeral Chapel with burial following in Erickson Cemetery south of Chester.
