Joan Maxine (Jensen) Wiedeman

September 28, 1940 — July 18, 2014

Joan Maxine Wiedeman passed away July 18, 2014 in Cut Bank, Montana.

A memorial service will be 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at First Presbyterian Church in Cut Bank.

Joan was born September 28, 1940 in Fort Benton, Montana to Elvin and Mildred Jensen.  She was raised in Conrad, where she graduated high school.

Joan was an extremely intelligent, strong willed lady.  She was a bank teller and later owned her own successful business, JR's, until she retired.  She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother; she kept every newspaper clipping on her sons and grandchildren’s accomplishments. She was a caring and loyal friend to many. If she liked you...she liked you, she was very passionate about her beliefs and views.  Joan was always dressed like a lady from ear rings matching her shirt to her pants to her shoes.  She always looked so nice.   Joan loved to travel, camp, cook, fish, and had a great love for music.   She enjoyed movies, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and Golden Girls.  She had a great love of animals, especially her dogs Fred, Peaches, Benji, Rudy and Sam.

She is survived by her two sons Patrick Allen Biegler (Jennifer) and Michael James Biegler (Dee Dion); four grandchildren Alyx Harmon (Brian), Joshua Biegler, Ryle Biegler (Kaile) and Samantha Biegler; two great grandchildren Eden and Amelia Harmon; and her siblings  Zoe Coutts, Sylvia Pellatier, and Romey Jensen.  She was preceded in death by her parents Elvin and Mildred Jensen and her husband Arthur Wiedeman II.
