Lori Ann Glinn-Hall, 59, a Liberty County resident, passed away surrounded by her family October 24, 2021.

Graveside Services are scheduled for Friday October, 29th 2pm at the Chester Cemetery.

Lori was born in Seattle Washington, February 1st, 1962. She was the youngest child of Wally and Barbara (Brockway) Glinn and younger sister to Lee Glinn.

Growing up Lori made many friendships from the cul-de-sac that she would cherish throughout her life. Lori attended Shoreline High School, home of the Spartans. During her High School years, Lori worked at Fred Meyer and became Manager of the Music Department. Additionally, Lori worked at her family’s furniture store, North City Furniture, spawning her affinity for interior design and decorating. Lori attended Shoreline Community College, focusing on Interior Design.

In June of 1983 Lori was wed to Vincent Hayes, they moved to Marysville, WA, to begin their family. In September of 1987, Lori and Vince welcomed a beautiful daughter, Sarah, into their world. In November of 1988, Lori gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Zachary. The Hayes completed their family, in March of 1990, welcoming another handsome boy, Dillon (Dilly Bob), into their hearts. During their time in Washington, Lori ran a day care out of the family home. Lori loved her daycare kids and the adventures they would go on. She continued to operate the Daycare for several years.

In 1995 the family moved from Marysville to Twin Bridges, MT where Lori managed Church of the Valley Daycare. Ever the entrepreneur, she also began operating her own cleaning business, as well. A few years later, Lori found her “true calling” working for the DOR as a property assessor. Lori loved her job and would continue to work for the DOR for twenty plus years.

A few years later the family moved to the Upper Ruby River Ranch, where she continued her cleaning endeavors. During their time at the ranch Lori developed a love for the bison livestock they raised. Lori served many years on the Western Bison Association Conference Committee, helping to steward the move of the Annual Winter Conference from Reno, NV to Ogden, UT.

Lori was an avid “sports mom” and loved traveling to all her children’s games and was always up for a road trip with a car full of yelling children. She loved to help nurse an injury or provide a snack; she loved being on the sidelines. In August of 2006, Lori moved to Chester, with her son, Dillon, for him to play basketball for the CJI Hawks.

A few years later Vince & Lori would divorce.

In 2013 Lori met Del Hall in Greybull, WY and the two were inseparable thereafter. Lori had found the love of her life, including her new extended family.  They purchased their dream farm home together, to forever remodel. They were married at their home in June of 2014. Together, they enjoyed numerous adventures. They loved the outdoors and their two labs, Kate & Piper.  The four loved their weekly trips to Havre for dinner and shopping. Lori enjoyed living on the farm; some of her happiest moments were seeing her granddaughters with their horses.

In February of 2020 Lori began working as Business Manager for Liberty Elementary School District #10. Lori was forever grateful for her opportunity to work for the District and the new friendships it awarded her.

Lori was preceded in death by her parents, Wally Glinn and Barbara Glinn; son, Zachary Ryan Hayes; brother-in-law, Michael James Hall.
