Luanie 'Liz' Reutzel

Luania “Liz” Elizabeth Reutzel, 77, a homemaker and day care provider from Cut Bank, passed away Monday, March 26, 2012, at a Great Falls care center due to natural causes. Visitation is one hour before service time at the church. Funeral services will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 31, at the Mountain View Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery. Whitted Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Dean, of Cut Bank; daughter, Tammie (Wesley) Church of Havre; sons, Charly and Gary (Evelyn) of Cut Bank; siblings, Elvie, Albert, Glenn, Joannie, Evelyn Lee, Alma Jean and Unius; grandchildren, Joey, Scott and Shelly Wiggins and Logan and Patricia Reutzel; as well as great-grandchildren, Casper, Isabelle, KC and Lee Wiggins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvine & Martha Johnston; daughter, Pandora; and siblings, Joseph, Nador, Phillip, Frances and Ethel.
She was born April 10, 1934 at North Platte, NE to Alvine and Martha (Pope) Johnston where she was raised and educated. She married Dean Reutzel October 15, 1958 at Sidney, NE.
Liz was a hard working wife and mother along with being a child care provider.
She was a member of the Baptist Church and enjoyed reading and watching game shows.
