Paul Francis Kingston

Paul Francis Kingston, 88, of Browning, passed away on February 8, 2025 from natural causes.

 Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Friday, February 14th, at Little Flower Parish. Rosary and Vigil will be held at 7pm at Little Flower Parish. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Asper Funeral Homes.

 Paul was born in Butte, Montana on February 6, 1937 to John and Mary Kingston. He graduated from Butte Central High School in1955. Paul went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from Carroll College in 1959 followed by a Master’s degree. He was ordained in the Cathedral of St. Helena in 1963. He was an active priest for 9 years, six of those in Browning.

 Paul married Barbara on December 16, 1972; they were married for 52 years. The marriage produced 3 children.

 Paul was a businessman, starting and running several Browning businesses. The first was the Browning Theatre, the last was Subway sandwich restaurant.

 Survivors include his wife, Barbara; children, Steve, John and Kathy; grandchildren, Brigid, Charley, Olive and Zach.

 He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary, and his siblings, John, Joe, and Mary.
