Randy Jay Prewett

Randy Jay Prewett was born on March 30, 1965, passed away doing what he loved, riding his Harley with his friends, on May 14, 2016.

Randy attended Conrad schools from Kindergarten through high school graduation.  After graduating he attended college in Laramie, Wyoming for Diesel Mechanics and graduated in 1986.

Randy greatly loved his family, children and grandchildren.  He was always willing to lend a helping hand and always had his families back.  Randy was an avid Steelers fan with his house completely decorated in Steelers memorabilia.  NASCAR was on the TV for every race with Randy cheering on Jeff Gordon.  Riding his Harley was his passion and therapy whenever possible he was on his bike with the music cranked.

Randy owned his own company, Prewett Excavating, in Lake Havasu, from 2000 - 2008.  Since returning to Conrad, Randy has worked the past six years for his father at Prewett Excavating and Construction. He was a hard worker and always making sure the job was complete and done right.  He also had a career in truck driving and worked on the Keil Ranch working with the cows.

Randy also spent time working on his mud truck and was part of the Full Throttle Team.  He was also a member of the Moose Lodge and Kindred Spirits Motorcycle Club.  Riding saddle bronc, in rodeo was something Randy enjoyed doing in his younger years.

Randy enjoyed cooking and barbequing steak and his specialty beans were always amazing.  He loved to sit around a campfire and share stories and

make memories with family and friends.   Dancing and Karaoke were also part

of Randy's life that he would partake in whenever possible.

Randy will be truly and deeply missed by all family, friends and anyone who was blessed with the privilege to know him.

He was preceded in death by Grandparents, Leo & Betty Iverson, and Grandmother Lucy Prewett.

He is survived by his grandfather, Clyde Prewett; parents, Ron (Juanita) Prewett, Carol (Steve) Bucher; sister, Wendy (Tairnan) Prewett; brother, Robby (Julie & Austin) Prewett; children with first wife, Terri Redd; Whitney (Johnathan) Popp, Justin (Kristi) Prewett; children with his second wife, Renee VandenBos;  Preston & Lane Prewett; step siblings, Sandra, Katie, Jill, Scott, and Stacy; stepchildren,  Dani, Jacey & Tana Orr; grandchildren,  Jax Prewett, Angel, Annalee & Luke Popp, Chloe, Alyssa & Tony; Aunt Terry (Beaver) VandenBos, Uncle Jim (Misse) Iverson, Aunt Sherry Prewett, Aunt Linda (Roger) Summers; cousins,  Brett, Rachel, Robin, Ben, Katie, Brianna, Beau, Kayla and Hailee, Ryan and Melissa.
