Richard G. Hughes

Richard George Hughes was born May 4, 1963 in Conrad. He and his family moved around a lot in his younger years as his father worked for the state of Montana. After attending a variety of schools Rich graduated from Cut Bank High School in 1982.  He later married Tammy Angermeier and they welcomed two children together. They divorced in 1995.

Rich was a hard worker and had many skills. He was a rancher, a farmer, a mechanic, and a welder. Rich went to be with his maker on May 20, 2023. He had a hard life and will be missed by many.

He is survived by his daughter, Kayla Hughes; son, Colton (Staci) Hughes; 4 grandchildren, Brooklyn, Brennan, Bradlee and Brystol whom he loved very deeply; his twin brother, Ray Hughes; sister, Dawn” Miki” (Mark) Suta; mother, Fran Jacoby; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Hughes and a brother, Brian Hughes.

Graveside services will take place June 17th at 11:30 am at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Cut Bank.
