Thomas G. Ambuehl

Tom Ambuehl, 84, of Shelby, died July 3, 2017.
Tom was born on June 24, 1933 in Gonvick, MN. He enlisted into the Air Force at the beginning of the Korean War and served for four years. Tom was truly a “Jack of all trades”! He lived the last forty plus years in North Central Montana.
Survivors include his daughters, Peggy Lamb of Oklahoma, Rhonda Williams of Wisconsin, and Tammy McDonald of Minnesota; son, James Ambuehl of Minnesota; sister, Annette Freeland of Montana; brothers, Marvin Ambuehl of Montana and Fred Ambuehl of Minnesota; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and Tom’s faithful companion, Melvin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Thelma Ambuehl; sister, Joy Dee Ford; two infant children, Johnny and Carla Ray Ambuehl; and a grandson, Jade Ambuehl.
A gathering in Tom’s honor will be held at a later date.
