Victor Douglas

Victor L. Douglas Sr., age 86, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014 in Great Falls, Montana surrounded by his family. He was born April 23, 1928 in Anaconda, Montana to Victor and Hannah (Johnson) Douglas Sr. of Belt, Montana.
Victor was in the Army during WWII. After coming home he worked construction at Cook and Douglas Construction for six years in Great Falls, Montana. In 1968, after moving to Shelby, Montana, he established his own company, Douglas Construction, which did business into 2014.
Victor was preceded in death by his sister Betty (Douglas) Smerker and a nephew Ronald Smerker.
Survivors include his wife Joyce (Croff) Douglas of Shelby; son and daughter in law Victor Jr. and Patricia (Reeser) Douglas of Spokane, Washington; a granddaughter Camelle Douglas; a grandson Jason (Jessica) Douglas; and his great grandchildren Virginia (Gigi) Benjamin Douglas.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
