Zita Rosalind Cebulla, 78, of Cut Bank, Mont., passed away on July 21, 2018. A memorial service was held on Monday, July 30, at Whitted Funeral Chapel in Cut Bank. Cremation has taken place.
Zita was born in Detroit Lakes, Minn., on Jan. 18, 1940. She graduated from Shelby High School and later married Max Ronald Cebulla on May 28, 1960. They were married 58 years.
Zita owned the Sew and Sew in Cut Bank, and later she and Max owned “Holy Cow, It’s Maxie’s” restaurant which was famous for its strombolies, pizza, chicken and ribs. She and Max later retired and enjoyed traveling and seeing their children and grandchildren.
Zita is survived by her husband, Max; her three children, Max Clay Cebulla and family; Aimee Senior and family; and Darin Cebulla and family; her eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
